A home worth
keeping —
right here.
On Main Street since day one, we bring together thoughtfully made household goods and skilled repair work under one roof.
What we do
Services
From the everyday essentials to the things that need a steady hand, we cover both sides of home care.
Home Goods
Curated household items chosen for durability and quiet design — linens, ceramics, kitchen tools, and small furnishings that earn their place in a lived-in home.
Repair Services
Small appliances, furniture, textiles — if it can be fixed, we'll take a look. We believe in extending the life of well-made things rather than replacing them.
Restoration & Care
Older pieces deserve patient attention. We offer gentle restoration work and care guidance so your belongings last for years, not seasons.
Local Consultations
Not sure what you need? Stop by or call — we offer straightforward advice on repairs, replacements, and the best fit for your home and budget.
About us
Built on the
Hudson Valley
tradition of making.
Corduroy Shop sits on Main Street in the heart of Catskill — a town that has always valued craft, resourcefulness, and community. We opened our doors with a simple conviction: that homes run better when things work, and that the best goods are the ones you keep.
Our shop blends two distinct services because they belong together. The same care that goes into selecting a well-made piece for your home is the same care we bring to repairing one that doesn't quite work anymore.
We source locally and regionally wherever possible, and our repair work is done on-site with patience and attention. No rush jobs — just honest work, done right.
